All of the acres at Rolling Hills have been specifically groomed for pheasant habitat. You will see deer, turkeys, ducks, geese, coyotes, the occasional bobcat, possibly cougar, and varied other animals.
Our goal: To build memorable experiences.
Just 30 miles South off the I-90 interstate, come to the town of Platte.
At the 4 way stop go West on HWY 44, go 1 mile. Turn South and go 2-1/4 miles on 366th Ave.
Curve into the driveway.
No matter how your GPS wants to bring you, this is the only safe entry. The GPS will route you through dangerous unmaintained roads!!

There is charming venue available for all of your events both inside and outside.
Your event will be unique to you.
Therefore, there is not a one price fits all.
Prices begin with $125.00 for a private suite up through $6000.00 per night for the entire complex.
Whether 1 room, or the entire complex, there is plenty of roaming room and many amenities.
I will help you decide what best fits your needs for making your plans and booking the dates.
There are Three buildings:
Timmy’s Lodge ~8 rooms, 11 beds; private bathrooms
Main Lodge ~10 rooms, 16 beds; private bathrooms
Farm House ~5 bedrooms, 9 beds (8 are twin), 3 full bathrooms plus a shower room.
A total, if you need the whole complex, of 23 rooms and 36 beds.
Follow me as I describe the 3 buildings.
You might plan to use 1 room, the whole lodge. Two lodges or just the Farm House.
Close to Platte Creek, Snake Creek and Wheeler recreation areas. Within 10-15 miles, there is easy access for boat launching for enjoying river activities.
The lodge is just 4 miles from the golf course, 3 miles from a community pool and a grocery store. Within the town is shopping and a movie facility.
