Restaurant dishwasher.  Gas cook stove with griddle, oven, 2 convection ovens.  Warming closet.  Refrigerators, freezers.
Dishes and cutlery and glassware.

Everything needed for your event.

This kitchen is in the Main Lodge and not readily available for nightly guest, reserved for larger events who either bring a certified cook, or hire my staff for the prepping and cooking.

Grills, microwave, coffee pots and refrigerator are available for nightly staying guest.

This kitchen is extra.  It is a dream to use!
